You need emergency care if you have: severe pelvic pain, high fever with discharge, exposure to HIV within the last 72 hours (PEP needed), or if you have been sexually assaulted. These situations require immediate medical attention.

Do not ignore these signs: Intense pain in the testicles or abdomen, inability to urinate, vomiting with fever, or widespread rash. These could indicate a spreading infection like PID or Sepsis.

For critical emergencies at night, you can visit the emergency departments of major hospitals. While our clinic offers urgent outpatient care, severe complications may require hospital admission.
