The Standards We Hold

Confidentiality: visits, results and records are private; you choose how results reach you. Correctness: right test for infection and anatomical site — site-matched sampling for extragenital exposures, validated methods, correct timing. Honesty: window periods, accuracy limits and realistic outcomes stated plainly rather than inflated.

The Services We Provide

Testing and screening: single-infection testing and multi-infection panels, NAAT for chlamydia and gonorrhea on site-matched specimens, fourth-generation HIV screening, syphilis and hepatitis serology, lesion-based herpes PCR, and screening packages matched to common situations.

Treatment and management: cure-directed antibiotics for bacterial STIs, antiviral management for herpes and HIV, hepatitis monitoring and treatment, and follow-up including test-of-cure and partner care. Prevention: hepatitis B and HPV vaccination, travel vaccines, PEP within ~72 hours, PrEP guidance for ongoing risk. Counselling: sexual health education, sexology consultations, fertility and couples support.

How We Practice

Consultations are private, unhurried and factual. The history-taking is routine — symptoms, exposure timing, sites involved — because that information is what chooses correct test, not because it is being judged. Examinations happen only when indicated and with consent.

We tell patients truth even when it is uncomfortable: that a urine test cannot see a throat infection, that a too-early test is inconclusive, that a recurring problem needs a different workup rather than another identical course. This is harder thing to say and more useful thing to hear.
